Why did I choose to complete a residency?

 I chose to pursue the MS Health-System Pharmacy Administration residency as I believe it was a necessary step in my development to achieve my goals of becoming a health-system pharmacy leader.

 Why Ohio State?

 I sought an administration program that provides residents with a strong clinical foundation in addition to extensive leadership training. As a large academic medical center, Ohio State offers residents a wide range of experiences that allow the resident to become an integral member of the patient care team and impact patient care through the management of pharmacy services.
