Why did I choose to complete a residency?

I chose to pursue a residency to expand my clinical knowledge and gain valuable patient care experience in a multitude of settings. Additionally, I sought further professional development within a variety of practice settings to prepare me for training in a clinical specialty.

 Why Ohio State?

I chose to complete a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center due to the impressive research opportunities, dedication to academic pursuits, and clinical excellence of the pharmacy department. OSUWMC has a long-standing history of being a pioneer in pharmacy practice. The strong interdisciplinary relationships, diverse rotation experiences offered, emphasis on research, and exceptional mentorship are what attracted me to OSUWMC. I knew this would be the place I could call home and grow as a young professional and individual. I am so proud to be a part of the Buckeye Pharmacy Family!
