“Why did I choose to complete a residency?” Because I am interested in a career in administration, residency training is required for the career that I want. To be a good administrator, I need to have sound clinical training, which Ohio State will provide.

“Why Ohio State?” I chose Ohio State for their emphasis on clinical training, a thoughtfully designed and ever-developing MS curriculum, and because the administrative preceptors at OSU are leaders that I want to emulate.
