Why did you choose to complete a residency?

I chose to complete a residency to take the next steps as a health care professional and leader to be the practitioner that our patients deserve to have. Being at Ohio State as a resident gives me the opportunity to improve on my weaknesses and build on my strengths to be the best version of myself.
