Joe Melucci

Joe Melucci was elevated to the Medication Safety Officer position in January of 2015.  He completed the AHA-NPSF Patient Safety Leadership Fellowship in May 2014 and obtained Epic certification in the Willow application in October 2010.  Joe has had extensive experience in pharmacy leadership positions, informatics and is a trained Six Sigma Blackbelt.  With a dual reporting relationship to the Pharmacy Department and Chief Quality and Patient Safety Officer, he is well positioned to improve medication safety across the enterprise.
